Hoang Bus provides various safe payment methods for customers. You can choose to pay by card (Visa/Master/AMEX/Discover) or in cash. If you encounter any payment difficulties, please call our hotline.

If customers book their tickets online on the Hoang Bus website, we only accept prepayment methods (Visa/Master/AMEX/Discover).
At the Station
Customers can choose to pay at the station, where we accept payment by card (Visa/Master/AMEX/Discover) or in cash.

Apply a voucher for additional benefits
During the booking process, you will find a field or section labeled "Discount." Enter the discount code you have into the field. Press "Apply" or "Confirm" to apply the discount code to your trip.
Discount vouchers must be provided by Hoang Bus, sent via text message or email. On the website, look for the "Discount" section. Click "Apply" to check if your discount voucher is valid and has been successfully applied. Check the total order value after applying the discount voucher to ensure the ticket price is calculated correctly.
